have been experimenting with ways to 
enable you to scan the News quickly and 
pick out those items which are of partic­
lar interest to you. We would very much 
like suggestions about how we can make 
the News more readable and useful.

The News functions as a medium for 
the exchange of information about what 
is going on in the academic library world. 
To do this we need input. Please take a 
brief moment to write a note to your per­
sonnel or public relations office asking 
that we be put on the mailing list for
