Sabin Cin­ cinnati Convention Center and will open at 9:00 a.m . on April 5, 1989. All conference programs will be held at the Convention Center. The Center is conveniently linked via the Sky walk to all confer­ ence hotels. Registration fees for the ACRL National Confer­ ence are: •A CR L personal member, $125 (or $95 if regis­ tered in advance); •ALA personal member, $150 (or $120 if regis­ tered in advance); •non-m em ber, $185 (or $155 if registered in ad­ vance); •full-tim e library school students, $65 (or $35 if registered in advance). To take advantage of the advance registration rates, registrations must be received by March 6, 1989. Registrations received after that date will be returned. Daily registrations will be available on-site and not in advance. The fees are: ACRL personal mem­ b e r, $45; ALA p erso n al m em b er, $55; n o n ­ m em ber, $70; full-tim e library school student, $15. All personal members of ACRL in the United States should have received a registration packet by now. Non-members and ACRL members in other countries may request registration materials by mailing the form on page 69. Medical Library Association reciprocal agreement ACRL members will be able to attend the An­ nual Meeting of the Medical L ibrary Association at the same rate as MLA members. The ML A Annual Meeting will be held May 19-25, 1989, in Boston, Massachusetts. ACRL has entered a reciprocal agreement with MLA so that MLA members will be able to attend the ACRL conference at the ACRL member rate. Support for printing the Proceedings for registrants is generously provided by the Faxon Company. The proceedings will be sold after the conference at a cost of $22 to ACRL members and $30 to non­ members. Exhibits Exhibits specifically tailored to the interests and needs of academic and research librarians will be open April 5-7. You will be able to visit over 150 exhibits by publishers, audiovisual producers, equipm ent and materials suppliers, jobbers, auto­ mation and information technology vendors, and network and consortia representatives. The exhibits will be located in the West Hall of the Albert B. Sabin Convention Center. Plenty of opportunities will be provided for you to visit the exhibits. The exhibit hours are: Wednesday, April 5 , 5:00 p.m .-7:00 p .m ., opening reception; Thurs­ day and Friday, April é-7 , 9:30 a.m .-3:00 p.m . Plan your exhibits strategy by attending the “Ex­ hibits Sneak Previews.” Selected vendors will make five-minute slide presentations on a product or ser­ vice they will be displaying in the exhibit hall. Re­ lax w ith a box of popcorn as you get the inside story on the latest products and services. Two concur­ rent sessions will be held on April 5th at 2:45 p.m . and 3:45 p.m . Save some time to stop by the ALA Store and pick up the latest titles from ALA and ACRL, as well as posters, mugs and promotional materials. Non-registrants m ay attend the exhibits at no charge but must first register for an exhibits visitor badge at the Registration desk. Exhibits reception This conference-wide reception on Wednesday, April 5, 5:00 p .m .-7:00 p .m ., officially opens the exhibits.
