In addition to hearing progress reports o n the next ro u n d o f disciplinary statem ents n o w b e ­ ing p repared, th e conference attendees from m ore than a d o z e n o f the project's participat­ ing disciplinary associations b eg an w orking on guidelines for adm inistrators, faculty, an d col­ lective bargaining agents w h o are involved in developing prom otion, tenure, an d m erit pay policies.
