PRINCIPALS OF SUBSTITUTES

 To remove all misunderstanding and misapprehen- 
 sion, notice is hereby given to all the Principals of 
 Substitutes, whether recognized to abide the decis- 
 ion in M Walton's case" or not (unless otherwise ex- 
 empt) who do not report themselves at the Camp 
 of Instruction, at Raleigh, N. C, at the appointed 
 time, will be arrested and sent. 
 
 The orders upon this subject are plain and un- 
 equivocal, leaving the Enrolling officer no discretion.
