Forty-one acres compose the site of the college. A beautiful, well-shaded campus of fifteen acres, and a large athletic field furnish ample opportunities for outdoor recreation. Fresh vegetables from the truck farm, and wholesome milk from the dairy are furnished every month in the year. The water supply is pumped from 200 feet in the ground on up into the new overhead tank, 80 feet high. The water is absolutely pure and healthful. The recent changes in the interior of the administration building and dormitories make it now one of the most convenient and attractive anywhere to be found. The new society halls are the pride of the student body. The College is located in northeastern North Carolina in Murfreesboro, a fifteen-minute drive from Conway on the Seaboard railroad, and a thirty-minute drive from Tunis on the Coast Line Railroad. A hard surfaced road is now being constructed from Weldon and Scotland Neck, through Conway, Murfreesboro, Winton, Gatesville, and on to Elizabeth City. This will put the College within ten minutes of the station at Conway, twenty minutes of the station at Tunis, and two hours from Elizabeth City. Send for our catalogue.
