C A P. LIX.
An Act to extend the Protection of Copyright in Prints and Engravings to Ireland.
[13th August 1830]
II. And be it further enacted, That from and after the passing of Penalty on this Act, if any Engraver, Etcher, Printseller, or other Person shall,	or
within the Time limited by the aforesaid recited Acts, engrave, etch, [r|‘nntg or publish, or cause to be engraved, etched, or published, any without Con-Engraving or Print of any Description whatever, either in whole or in sent of Propart, which may have been or which shall hereafter be published in any Prletor'

Part of Great Britain or Ireland, without the express Consent of the Proprietor or Proprietors thereof first had and obta.ned in Writing sio-ned by him, her, or them respectively,with his, her or then own Kami o°Hands, in the Presence of and attested bv Two or more credible Witnesses, then every such Proprietor shall and may, by and in a separate Action upon the Case, to be brought against the Person so offending in any Court of Law in Great Britain or Ireland recover such Damages as a Jury on the Trial of such Action or on the Execution of a Writ of Inquiry thereon shall give or assess, togethei with Double Costs of Suit.
