An Aft to revive and continue until the Twenty-fifth Day of March One thoufand eight hundred and nine, an Act of the Thirty-ninth Year of His prefent Majefty, for the more effectual Encouragement of the Britifi Fiiheries.	[23d June 1808.]
WHEREAS the Law herein-after mentioned, has by Experience been found ufeful and beneficial, and it is expedient that the fame ihould be revived and further continued ; be it therefore enacted by the King’s mod Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this prefent Parliament afiembled, and by the Authority of the fame, That an Aft made in the Thirty-ninth Year of the Reign of His prefent Majefty, intituled, An At7 to revive and continue until the End of the next Seffion 39 S' of Parliament an Aft made in the Thirty-fifth Tear of the Reign of His Majefty, to continue and amend an Aft, made in the Twentyfixtb Tear of further cou-the Reign of His Majefty, intituled, ‘ An Aft for the more effectual En- tinued till * couragement of the Britiih Fijberies and to amend an A ft made in the Twenty- March 25, Jlxth Tear of the Reign of His prefent Majefty, for extending the Fijberies, 1 °®' and improving the Sea Coaft of this Kingdom ; which was amended and continued by an Aft of the Thirty-ninth and Fortieth Years of the Reign of Hisprefent Majefty, and revived, amended, and continued by Five Acts of the Forty-firft, Forty-fecond, Forty-fourth, Forty-ftxth and Forty-feventh 8 D	8	Y ears
